I am always happy to teach what I know to others. There's a tendency in some circles to try to find the “quick and easy” route to “Enlightenment”, but any person who has set out on a spiritual path knows that this isn't true, despite what the authors of “Developing Psychic Powers in 3 Easy Steps”, might want you to think ;).
Expecting to find the “quick fix”, or “instant success”, is often the biggest reason that people give up so quickly, so I do my best to avoid encouraging this by using a kind of “prerequisite” system for lessons.
Lessons in the second group here may not be purchased by “beginners”. This isn't an attempt to withhold information; rather, it's an attempt to make sure that people learn and value the fundamentals, rather than trying to jump straight to the “flashy stuff”, because it's more “exciting”. On your worst day, you'll be able to find strength and comfort from meditation, even when trying to cast a spell would only result in disaster. Learning and controlling the basics will serve you much better and much more often than anything else. :)
All lessons will include the fundamentals of the stated path, though of course long-term practice on one's own is a necessity and many find that more than one lesson per topic is useful, particularly for the “Advanced” topics. (Lesson paths which require more than one session to cover all basic material are noted).
~Learn about how and why meditation works. Learn a basic exercise to center and align the mind and body. (More exercises taught in multiple lessons).
~Learn about Chakras and Auras. Learn a basic exercise to stimulate and align your own chakras. (More exercises taught in multiple lessons).
~Learn some of the history of polytheism. Learn some of the “major pantheon” Gods and Goddesses, (including Celtic, Hindu and Greco-Roman). Also touches on “philosophical polytheism”, (the concept that while there is one Supreme Being, we use different names to describe different aspects of that Being), and how it can and does mesh with “mainstream” religions, like Christianity and Judaism.
~Learn about the most common tools used in western Spellcasting, including some of their history. Includes an introduction to Elemental Associations
Note: If you are already experienced/trained in Meditation, Auras/Energy-work and Magickal Tools, please contact me. I will be happy to speak with you and assess the possibility of your “testing out” of the Basic lessons. If you are NOT already trained and/or experienced, please don't try to “fake it”.
There are very real reasons for taking things slowly and while I don't want to hold advanced students back, I WILL error on the side of caution.
~Learn about traveling your inner landscape during meditation. This path allows direct discovery of and communication with your personal Spirit Guides.
~Learn the basics of sensing energy and auras in those around you. Learn the basics involved in building on basic sensory perception and developing it into extra-sensory perception.
~Learn techniques for using tools, prayer, and energy manipulation to manifest material-world results. Includes further lessons on Elemental Associations, Energy Direction/Manipulation and Magickal Tools. MAY include lessons on Spirit/Angel/Deity Magickal Associations, (please express preference prior to lessons).
~Have a topic relating to Spiritual, Psychic and/or Magickal studies that you've always wanted to explore? Let me know what you'd really like to learn and if I'm experienced with it, but there's not a pre-existing lesson plan that fits, we'll create one just for you! :)
